Hello Tony,
first thanks for your excellent job 😉
I have 3 questions that i cant solve by my-self :
1°)
is there a way to open multipleSearch with NO modal option to get jqgrid usable with searchbox still open ?
Ihave try theses options but does work:
{jqModal:false,modal:false,top:-20,closeOnEscape:true,multipleSearch:true,sopt: ['bw','eq','ne','lt','le','gt','ge','bn','in','ni','ew','en','cn','nc'] }, // search options
2°)
howto make "top" option to work with multipleSearch dialog box ( it work great with edit dialog box with positive or negative values) ?
3°)
Is there a way to automaticaly open multipleSearch dialog box when webpage open ?

Hello,
1) Currently no. The overlay is hardcoded in the searchFilter plugin. The only way to do it now is to delete the associated overlay element from the code, but I add this in the todo list.
2) The search dialog is related to grid. Maybe you will try to change some thing in the css - the related things in the css have a ui-searchFilter class.
3) It is a simple just call $("#mygrid").jqGrid("searchGrid",{ options } );
after the grid is created.
Best Regards
Tony
