How to understand "is in". It doesn't work. Help,pls!

I found a weird issue. The operating steps is as follows:
1. Click the search button.
2. Choose the "is in" and input some test datas what are separated by commas. Such as "11,12".
3. Click "Find" button.
But it doesn't work finally
.
Is there any operated errors? And how to correctly use this function. Please help! Thx.
