Hello,
My question is rather a JQuery one.
I'd like to apply the following patch : http://www.trirand.com/blog/?p.....mment-7472 (3.6.2 JqGrid).
Basically, what I need is to redefine some $.jgrid functions like this :
$.extend($.jgrid, {
addJSONData : function(data,t, rcnt, more, adjust) {
// original code with changed lines
}});
But I don't know how to redefine an attribute. The patch proposes to create a "row_pref" property, passed to jqGrid's constructor.
I also tried this but the variable seems to be empty (no change in html generated code) :
$.jgrid.p = $.extend($.jgrid.p,{row_pref:this.id});
Thanks for sharing your skills,
Barbara

Hello,
No you just need to set this in the grid whithout to define it.
