How to get unselected row ids?

Hi,

Am using multiselect: true in my grid. I want to update one of my grid hidden column based on the checkbox status when i submit the data to the server. For ex., There are 10 rows in a grid, if i have selected only 1,3,7 & 10 th row i need to update one of my hidden column field as "YES" & for the remaining row i need to update as "NO". Scenario is when the grid loads some of the checkbox may be selected based on the previous submission. So i cannot make the hidden column field as "NO" by default.

jQuery("#eeList").getGridParam('selarrrow')

is there any function which returns the unselected rows from the grid?
