jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

Hi,

Are there any effective ways to keep the settings of columnChooser for each user ?

I've been searched this forum logs and tried to using getGridParam('colModel'), but I can't load the colModel properly by the setGridParam. when I loaded the colModel through the cookie,  All of columns are visible and may be, script has gone out of control, browser response get too slow.

I would like to show the columns order, and visible or not settings that each users configured for themselves.
If possible, please tell me the clue. 

My jqGrid  version is 4.3.1.
