jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

I'm trying to enable or disable linkbuttion in my jqgrid based conditions. I tried the bove code, but unable to disable the linkbutton in jqgrid. please help me how to disable or enable linkbuttion in jqgrid based on conditions
