How to compile jqGrid?

Hi all,

I have my own branch of jqGrid and I want to make min version. I downloaded google's compiler.jar and ran ant. It can't compile because quite a bunch of errors liek that:

    [apply] C:\funprojects\jqGrid\dist\jquery.jqGrid.js:391: ERROR - variable JSON is undefined

    [apply]                     ^
    [apply]
    [apply] C:\funprojects\jqGrid\dist\jquery.jqGrid.js:1614: ERROR - variable sorttype is undefined
    [apply]                             sorttype = this.sorttype || "text";
    [apply]                             ^

How can i compile jqGrid?
