I have called the columnChooser and have provided my own options for "dialog_opts". Among the options I have provided my own dialog buttons which overwrite the "Ok" and "Cancel" buttons. Since the "Ok" button is what calls the "done" function which is what calls the "remapColumns," how do I call the "done" function within the click event of my own button?

I'm not sure if this helps but here's what I did in order to rename and restyle the default buttons in the column chooser dialog:
"dlog_opts" : function(opts) {
var buttons = {};
buttons[opts.bCancel] = {
text : 'Cancel',
'class' : 'alternate-color',
click : function(e) {
opts.cleanup(true);
}
};
buttons[opts.bSubmit] = {
text : "Confirm",
'class' : 'submit default',
click : function(e) {
opts.apply_perm();
opts.cleanup(false);
}
};
return $.extend(true, {
"dialogClass" : "dialog-form",
"buttons" : buttons,
"close" : function() {
opts.cleanup(true);
},
"modal" : opts.modal ? opts.modal : false,
"resizable" : opts.resizable ? opts.resizable : true,
"width" : opts.width + 20
}, opts.dialog_opts || {});
}
});
