jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

Hi Friends!

I need make a custom search. 

I don't want to use the JqGrid search. I want create my own search with the jqGrid. 

sample:

In a simple page with two input text and a button:

Input text:  id and name

button: search

The problem is, i don´t know how i create the code to make this:

i did see some codes like this, but i don´t have sucess:
