How do I install 3.5?

I'm trying to follow the install.txt file to get running with 3.5. But it seems to have errors.

I downloaded the whole package from github and added the themes from jQuery UI 1.7.2 [1].

Problems:

- There' is no 'jquery-ui-1.7.1.custom.css' file anywhere among the themes that I can find.

- There is no 'jquery.jqGrid.min.js' file anywhere among these.

Should I have used the downloader instead of github? Seemed like I should get the newest stuff as I having been reading about lots of fixes being committed.

Perhaps I should just ask the general question: How do I install 3.5? Thanks.

The install.txt file also fails to note that you need to load the jquery file something like this:

That's probably obvious to everyone and his brother, but us noobs always need everything spelled out.
