Highlight Row--How?

I need to highlight (by color) some number of rows in the grid. For simplification the 10 lowest scores (there is a score column) out of 20 scores. The number to highlight varies based on the total number of scores, but will never be more than 20.

I can handle the php and put a marker in the xml but do not see anythign about how to highlight certain rows.
