I got my grid as a subgrid working correctly, I am just trying to figure out a way to get it to look how I want it. I have two questions. I've searched in the forums and on google and havent found answers to either of these.

1. Is there a way to not show column headers at all? I just want the rows of data without column headers.

2. Is there a way for all the subgrids to load and be visible when the parent grid loads without forcing the user to expand?

Thanks

Hello,

1. No direct method, but you can do it with single command after the grid is created

$(".ui-jqgrid-hdiv", "#gbox_"+mygridid).hide();

where mygrid is the id of the grid

2. Currently no.

Best Regards

Tony

Hi!

I'm doing $(".ui-jqgrid-hdiv", "#gbox_"+mygridid).hide(); but this is visible to user (hides after expand and looks weird), are there some event or function where I can hide the header and not visible to user?

Thanks
