Help with setCell

Tony,

I can't figure out the syntax for the setCell Method.

This is my code:

    if (rowdata.x_days_pastdue == 0)
     {
      $("#agelist").setCell("rowid","x_days_pastdue","Current");
         }
     },

If the cell data is 0, then I want to change it to the word Current.

The above doesn't throw and error but the cell is blank.

Try

if (parseInt(rowdata.x_days_pastdue) == 0)...

If you do not have condition does the setCell work?

Tony,

My conditional statement worked fine. I put an alert(rowid) inside the condition and it fires ok. The number that is returned is the value of column one. Is that right?

I figured it out:

This is the correct syntax:

$("#agelist").setCell(rowid,'x_days_pastdue','Current');

NOT THIS:

$(”#agelist”).setCell(”rowid”,”x_days_pastdue”,”Current”);

Tony,

You documentation is good, but it would be better if every method was listed with examples.
