Have pager at top of grid.

Is there a way to make the pager display at the top of the grid? I can only get it to display at the bottom. I would preferably like to have it display at the top AND the bottom, but if i had my choice, I'd rather have it at the top than on the bottom.

This is what I need too. I'm thinking of creating a top toolbar and creating buttons, pager and record information there. Does anyone know if this is possible?
