Grid not centering on page in Firefox

My web site is centered, but I cannot get the jqGrid to center in Firefox. I have tried the normal way to center a table in Firefox -

margin

: 0 auto

but this has no effect, the grid is still aligned to the left, please help.

put grid inside a <div>

and centralize the div .

Putting the grid inside a centralized div made no difference, I solved this by putting the grid table inside another table and adding style="margin: 0 auto". (Firefox is terrible!)
