I need to get x and y coordinates of a clicked row in onRowSelect, so that I can move a menu div down beside it. Is there a way to do this?

I know I can get the mouse coordinates of the last time it was clicked with the jQuery click() event, but I really need to coordinates of the row itself, so that I can determinate what its top and left are. My menu needs to match up exactly with the top of the row.

Is there some way to do this?

Thanks!

FYI, I was able to do it like this:

jQuery("#table_id").click(function (e) {
            offset = jQuery(e.target).parent().offset();
          });
