Hi,
I constructed a grid by getting json data according to the requirements of the grid.
Now as you know, theres an "id" field in the json string. I need to get hold of that id.
Why, you would ask . Well, i constructed my own form to modify a row. So, upon selecting that row, i need to populate the form using that id, so you know i can construct an SQL query which goes liike "SELECT * ......where id=<something>"
I tried this :
var rowid = jQuery("#list2").getGridParam('selrow');
var guestUserId = jQuery("#list2").getCell(rowid,"id");
Here unfortunately i got the ID of the row i selected and not the id that I got from the server initially.
Anyway that i can store that ID in some hidden field or something? ..
Thanks for the help.
