Hi. I am using an old version of jqGrid and would like to use a recent (3.5) but I'm having problems: I would like an easy example, with the correct structure of folders (js, css, themes) because I'm having difficulty understanding this. When I put the files in the directories I'm lost. Grateful!

For professional UI suites for Java Script and PHP visit us at our commercial products site - guriddo.net - by the very same guys that created jqGrid.
