I can use the onSelectRow whenever there's a checkbox clicked. However that doesn't respond to the checkbox in the header. Is there an event I can capture for this as well?
Also I have the problem that when I clicked the top checkbox, all rows get selected, but then unselect one rows checkbox, the top checkbox still remains checked.

Did you have read about onSelectAll event?
For the second yes this is true. In this case we should implement logic, so for now it will stay so.
