editor within the add/edit dialog

I came across this nice editor http://remiya.com/htmlbox/inde.....-demo.html and wondered if its possible to integrate that into the add/edit dialog. If so, I'd need to design it so that the text is only loaded when the dialog is pulled up so that I reduce load.
Is it possible?
