Hi,
As this is my first post I'd like to say what a fantastic control this is and how useful we will find this in future.
Just a quick question. I've found while editing data on the grid using the form editing options. Basically I'm sending data back and forth using .NET WebMethods so really have no need for the control to postback the data. Is there a way to prevent postbacks?
I've hacked it a little by hooking into the BeforeSubmit to call my webmethod and send my data to the server, but I'd prefer it if the data was not posted back again.
I've read through the documentation here http://www.trirand.com/jqgridw.....rm_editing
and found that it is excellent, however I feel I may have missed something.
Any help you can offer would be great.
Andy

Hello,
Check the 3.6 beta. You have a possibility to define your serialization for posting the data using custom onserialize function
For professional UI suites for Java Script and PHP visit us at our commercial products site - guriddo.net - by the very same guys that created jqGrid.
