jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

I am showing some data using jqgrid. I am using jqgrid 3.5.I am using the option “multiselect: true”. I want only check boxes to work, not a row to be selected if user clicks on the row.I want a row to be selected if the user only clicks in the checkbox corresponding to a row.I have also tried the “multiboxonly: true”. But, it is not working properly i.e. a row is being selected after the user clicks on the row.Is there any way to do this properly?
