Hello Tony,
In my grid I have a colum filled up with dates by a funktion like this:
….
cellEdit: true,
cellsubmit: 'remote',
afterEditCell: function (id,name,val,iRow,iCol){ if(name=='edatum') { jQuery(”#”+iRow+”_edatum”,”#todo”).datepicker({dateFormat:”dd.mm.yy”}); } },
cellurl:'todo/update_todo.php',
….
Is it possible to disable the funktion in the case of emty cells coming up from the database?
I do not need the datepiker function in every row…
Best regards
Walther
EDIT:
MY SOLUTION:
I LOVE JQUERY AND YOUR PLUGIN!
afterEditCell: function (id,name,val,iRow,iCol){
if(name=='edatum' & val != "") {
jQuery("#"+iRow+"_edatum","#todo").datepicker({dateFormat:"dd.mm.yy"});
}
else if (name=='edatum' & val == "") {
jQuery("#"+iRow+"_edatum","#todo").attr("disabled", true);
}
}
CSS
input[disabled]
{
background:gray;
color:silver;
}
