Hello,
I have never try this, but you can try
("#mygrid").jqGrid({
..
toolbar: [true,"top"],
..
}).navGrid('#t_mygrid',...);

Hi Tony,
I too would like to place the navigator (pager) at the top of the grid instead of at the bottom ( or ideally at the top and the bottom ). The suggestion you made above doesn't appear to work.
1. Is there a way to put the navigator at the bottom instead of the top ?
2. If not, are there any plans to allow this facility in the future?
regards,
Simon

Hello,
Yes, currently the navigator can be placed only above. I definitley will make a method to place the navigator in arbitrary place, but it will be available in 3.7 version
