Hello, This is Vikash.
I am Totally New to JQgrid.
I have created my first grid using the example given.
but the problem i am facing is that on loading the grid, initially no data is displayed.
data is displayed only when i click on a particular column, i.e. when i sort data according to a column.
After that the grid works fine.
please help. Thanks In Advance.

Hello,
Check your initial setting of sortname option - does the sortname have the same name in your query.
