Hi, Im new to jqGrid - i notice that all the examples for searching send a new request to the server  -(i.e. the examples show that the url has various parameters that are used for the search condition, which indicates that there is a request to the server for each search)

is it possible to search on the client side model that has been loaded initially as opposed to a new request to the server for filter etc.?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Eric

Hello,

Currently this is not possible. That are plans for the 3.6 release.

Best Regards

Tony
