Cell editing / Catch server answer

Hi,

When I save a cell content, I'd like to get the server's answer. But it seems that the only server answer that is catched is in case of server error.

For exemple, I when creating a new row and saving it for the first time (first cell modified, rowid="new" for example), I want the server side sript to send back the created ID, in order to dynamicaly update the rowid in my grid. This would prenvent the need to refresh the grid after saving to get the new id.

Is there a way to do it or should I add this to the wishlist ?

What you use inline edit, cell edit or form edit?
