I want to provide a mechanism for users to be able to save the current state of their grid to a database as a 'bookmark'.

I would like to capture:

1. What columns are visible

2. What order the columns are displayed

3. What filter/search criteria they have entered (I currently save this in a SESSION object, so I'm sure I could tap into that when inserting into the DB)

4. What page the user was on

5. Column resized widths

thoughts?

Hello,

The same as here:

Also you will need to get addiotional the postData array and etc.

You can use the import/export module for this purpose too.

Awesome!

Since I am storing the search/filters in a SESSION object, I should be able to pull those back out and let my users start saving 'Grid States'. (Like, re-arranging all columns, hiding some, showing others, adding 5 search filters, on the 5th page,etc..)

Cool!
