Failed to display the data based on My First Grid http://www.trirand.com/jqgridw.....first_grid
1. GUI is display without problem, but data failed to display with no error appear.
2. example.php outputs xml successfully

To better help you understand how I set up the file, here is the screenshot:

I've also search the forum, and try few suggestion Tony has put up, but it just won't show the result. Please help me out
