Hi guys, I'm using ASP .NET MVC2 and can't see the search button on the grid (the same goes for the delete button).

But i can see using MVC 1.

Any Ideas?

Here the code of the grid :

<script type="text/javascript">

     jQuery(document).ready(function() {

         jQuery("#list").jqGrid({

         url: '<%= Url.Action("ObtenerDatosGrid") %>',

             datatype: 'json',

             mtype: 'GET',

             colNames: ['Nombre', 'Activo'],

             colModel: [

              { index: 'Nombre', width: 150, align: 'left', search: true, stype: 'text', searchoptions: { sopt: ['eq', 'ne']} },

              { index: 'Activo', width: 80, align: 'center',  search: false}],

             pager: jQuery('#pager'),

             rowNum: 20,

             rowList: [20, 50, 100],

             sortname: 'Nombre',

             sortorder: 'asc',

             viewrecords: true,

             imgpath: '/content/cupertino/images',

             caption: 'Listado de Prestaciones',

             height: 400,

             width: 800

         });

         $("#list").navGrid(

                null,

                { refresh: true, add: false, edit: false, del: true, search: true },

                null, // parámetros para el alta

                null, // parámetros para la edición

                {     // parámetros para la eliminación

                url: '<%= Url.Action("DeleteGrid") %>',

                width: 500,

                afterSubmit: function(r, d) {

                    return [r.responseText == "", r.responseText];

                }

            }

        );

     });

</script>

Thanks !!!!

Hello,

The first parameter for the navGrid is the pager Element. Also try

  $("#list").navGrid('#pager'l,...)
