alerttext / alertcap navigator options do not work

Hello,

The alerttext and alertcap text options in the navigator do not work for me in a simple grid setup:

$("#gridUsers").jqGrid('navGrid', '#pagerUsers', {

alertcap: "Info",

alerttext: "Please select a record by clicking in it's check box",

etc...

It only displays the default "Warning" message as specified in the language locale file. What am I doing wrong that would cause this to not work correctly? I found an earlier post saying to check the css file, but I'm not sure exactly which files or what that relates to. Has anyone else run across this?

Try replacing #pageUsers with #pageUsers_pager

So:

$("#gridUsers").jqGrid('navGrid', '#pagerUsers_pager',{...}
