I very like the plugin, and apply it to my project.

but there is a problem, is when I use the formatter : "actions", I like the edit and delete in inLine, filterToolbar ,and config the filterToolbar ,{stringResult : true} in my grid.

colModel : [{
                       name : "",
                       formatoptions : {
                           delOptions : {
                               onclickSubmit : addParam
                           }
                       },
                       search : false,
                       searchhidden : false,
                       formatter : "actions",
                        editable : false,
                       sortable : false,
                        index : ""
                   }, {
                       name : 'personID',
                       editable : true,
                       formoptions : {
                           rowpos : 1,
                           elmprefix : "(*)"
                       },
                       hidedlg : true,
                       sorttype : "string",
                       width : 100,

                   }

when input some word ,for example "f", to filtertoolbar. in the request, the parameter "filters" is

filters

{"groupOp":"AND", "rules":[{"field":"","op":"bw","data":"on"}, {"field":"firstName","op":"bw","data":"f"}]}

I dont know how to disable the

{"field":"","op":"bw","data":"on"} that is created by the column "actions"

I am wonder that the grid with name:"" work at all. You should always define an unique non empty value for the name property. If you want use no header text in the corresponding header you should use empty strings inside of colNames parameter of define lable:"".
