Horziontal scroll bar missing when grid has no results.

When the grid initializes with no row results the horzontal scroll bar is missing.

One may think this isn't a problem since there are no results to bother, BUT I sometimes need to use the filterToobar in order to change the initial criteria to return results. The problem is that I can not access some of the filterToolbar input boxes because they're out of display and I have no horizontal scrollbar to access them. Shouldn't enabling the scrollbar be triggered from the total column headers width rather than the row data width?

Thanks. This is true. The problem is fixed, but the fix will appear in 3.8 after a moth.
