Hello All,
After little delay the jqGrid version 3.4 is ready for download.
First of all we want to say thank you of all people that posted bugs and recommendations.

The full description of changes is available in the online documentation
The pdf version of the docs will be available after little delay.

TA very much for all the hard working on this great plugin mate.

Can we confirm this:

CSS 2.2.1 does not validate unless we comment lines 1 to 9 in jqModal.css.
XHTML 1.0 Transitional complains about (end tag for "table" which is not finished.) . Referring to the one we just open in the html page to get the grid started followed by the DIV for the pager.

This Last, so far, i couldn't get fixed without breaking the JS grid constructor. If I place <tr><td></td></tr> inside the table it validates but… breaks the grid.
