Although the methid works wonderfully but will apreciate if you can please check the following.

getChangedCells doesn't return VALUE when edittype is 'select' but returns the TEXT

The method getChangedCells returns TEXT (HTML). Ideally it should have returned the SELCTED VALUE.

                    if ( nm !== 'cb' && nm !== 'subgrid') {
                            if (mthd=='dirty') {
                                if ($(this).hasClass('dirty-cell')) {
                                    res[nm] = $.htmlDecode($(this).html());
                                }
                            } else {
                                res[nm] = $.htmlDecode($(this).html());
                            }
                        }

Is their any way we can retrieve the VALUE of selected option.

Although both TEXT and VAL are captured during saveCell events.

Is there a way to track this during getChangedCells method. Though we can have workaround for this issue but any proper fix will be of great help.
