Displaying column headers as dropdowns as all column header names as options in the dropdown

How can I display each column header of the JQGrid as dropdowns. This dropdown should contain all the column header names and when the particular option from this dropdown is selected from a particular column, the other columns should be re-organized and displayed. Could any one please help me in this regard?
