Adding screen shots or images as a tool tip on Cell Value in JQGrid

How to add screen shots or images as a tooltip on cell value in JQGrid? I have tried using formatter but it is not working. It is displaying text as a part of tooltip when i change the Title of the column value but i want to have a screen shot or image to come up.
Please advice.
