Im trying to add a scroll bar by setting scroll=true for the grid. it disappering the pager. any suggessions.
As per the documentaiton.
scroll - Creates dynamic scrolling grids. When enabled, the pager elements are disabled and we can use the vertical scrollbar to load data.
How can we set both scroll bar and pager.

If you just want a horizontal scroller then forget the scroll option and just do this:
shrinkToFit:false,
forceFit:true,
Another solution is to put the whole grid within a scrollable div
<div style="width:100%;overflow:auto;">
<table id="mygrid" class="col-md-12"></table><div id="mypager"></div>
</div>
