jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

Hi,

After doing a lot of research and not being able to find what i'm looking for i decided to ask for help here. What i'm trying to achieve is Add New Records to database using jqGrid. I was able to set the columns using the editable: true property and then using

            },
            position: "last"
        })

to show an 'Add Record' dialog, where the user can insert the data accordingly. What i'm not understanding is how i should pass in the data to the webmethod.  However i'm not getting this and i haven't found any tutorials which actually feature this. any idea please?
