Hallo Tony,
I think it could be helpful feature in some scenario to be able to set attributes on the row (<tr> element) in the same way as one can set attributes on the cell (<td>) with respect of cellattr.
For example one can add 'not-editable-row' class on the row based on the data of the row, set some style or tooltip (on the row basis) or set some HTML5 data attributes.
