allow beforeProcessing to return false for skipping processing of the server response

Hello Tony,

I suggest to make very small modification and to replace the lines of jqGrid code from

if ($.isFunction(ts.p.beforeProcessing)) {
ts.p.beforeProcessing.call(ts, data, st, xhr);
}

if ($.isFunction(ts.p.beforeProcessing)) {
if (ts.p.beforeProcessing.call(ts, data, st, xhr) === false) {
endReq();
return;
}
}

It will allows to improve performance of jqGrid in some scenarios. I described the scenario detailed here.
