Changing the color of a cell based on incoming data.

I am making a report that will display percentages in a few of the columns. What I would like to do is have the data in the column display green if the data is above a certain percentage and display red if it falls below a certain percentage. So one column would have several different percentages and some would be red and some would be green. Can anyone think of a way to accomplish this? I am using server side data returned to me as JSON for my grid.

You can examine the data received from the server inside of /jqgridwiki/doku.php?id=wiki:events#list_of_events as an example).

Another way would be defining of custom formatter and custom unformatter.
