Search Broken when using jqGrid 4.5.x and jquery 1.8.x, 1.9.x or 1.10.x

Hi,

The search box does not work when using any jquery library over 1.7.2.

When the search button is clicked only an overlay is displayed over the page without any search dialog.

Cannot use jquery 2.x in my situation.

No javascript error are occuring.

Any hint on what to do to make it work ? Or will it ever work on the latest 1.x jquery libraries (1.8.x + ) ?
