Improving columnChooser, fixing overflow-y of hdiv

Hi Tony,

many existing demos displays at the end of column header unneeded vertical scroll bar in Google Chrome. It exists because of setting onlyÂ .ui-jqgrid-hdiv { overflow-x: hidden; } inÂ ui.jqgrid.css. See the lineÂ of code. One need setÂ overflow-y: hidden too. So I suggest to change in the lineÂ overflow-x: hidden toÂ overflow: hidden. I posted the change and different smell improvements ofÂ columnChooser in the pull request.
