Hi,
My edit form dialog won't automatically close after submit even I've set the edit options closeAfterEdit to true. And I found out that the cause was I set the grid option prmNames.oper to 'action'. So the code in the postIt() function of jquery.jqGrid.js
if(ajaxOptions.data.oper === opers.addoper && rp_ge[$t.p.id].closeAfterAdd ) {
maybe should be changed to
if(ajaxOptions.data[opers.oper] === opers.addoper && rp_ge[$t.p.id].closeAfterAdd ) {
and
if(ajaxOptions.data.oper === opers.editoper && rp_ge[$t.p.id].closeAfterEdit ) {
maybe should be changed to
if(ajaxOptions.data[opers.oper] === opers.editoper && rp_ge[$t.p.id].closeAfterEdit ) {
in case that if the user change the prmNames.oper to words other than 'oper', the codes still work.

Best Regards,
Tony.

Hello,
Â
This should happen if you use only data proxy parameter.
Just tested this scenario and for me it work fine.
Which version do you use?
Instead of this your way recommended . I will fix it.
Thanks

Kind Regards
