Categories, customes,employees,orders,order_details,products,shippers and suppliers but no nested_category.

The sample code  in treegrid.php calls for a table nested_categories but the Northwind database supplied does not have that table. From where can I download the appropriate database please, or get treegrid.php that uses the Northwind database containing categories, employees orders etc.
