        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Still running on jqGrid 3.4. How much is 4.0 reverse compatible with 3.4 and what do I need to know about upgrading that&#39;s crucial? Not asking for a 5 page explanation just want to get a 30,000 foot view of what needs to be done for me to make the big jump; i.e. do I have to change how methods are invoked, etc.</p>
