I recommend you to clear the cache. Just dowloaded the zip file and it seem that all is ok.

According to this post of Dec. 14 2008 a new release was announced.  The files in the download section titled 3.3.2 is dated Oct 14th. 

Did you release a bug fix release on December 14? If so then there is a problem with the link.

If not… when can we expect a release?
