1. jsonReader bug when try to set the id of the row from non existing data

2. Validation bug in formedit module when the first column has a

validation rules

3. IE6/IE7 bug in inline edit module. IE do not like to set input text

data with attribute size=0.

Also I have added email validation in formedit module. The option for this

is email:true in editrules array.

Important note. If there is a problem with jqGrid loader in IE please

load all the modules one by one. Problem will be corrected as soon as possible

All changes will be described detailed in the documentation later.
