In the current implementation there is a no ready for you solution.

I sugest you to define custom formater where you can put the desired values.

I try to set grid

…, formatter: 'showLink', formatoptions:{baseLinkUrl:'/module_name/controller_name/action_name/', addParam:'id/' }

The idea is url to be:

        /module_name/controller_name/action_name/id/1 for example.  (id is post parameter like ?id=1)

and think that id of the grid row will be added to baseLinkUrl,

The result is:

         /module_name/controller_name/1
